Operations Insights Specialist - Re/Insurance

Location: Fort Wayne, Indiana, US; hybrid work with an expectation of being in the office three days per week

Estimated base salary: $80,000–$132,000 per year

What you will do

• Support reinsurance administration and reporting for Life & Health clients.
• Coordinate communication between ceding-company reinsurance administration teams and internal hirify.global stakeholders.
• Support treaty administration, reporting, and data or financial adjustments.
• Identify issues and propose effective solutions for clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Operations to develop and execute project plans.
• Lead client and stakeholder meetings, follow-ups, and issue resolution.

Requirements

• Knowledge of reinsurance administration and understanding of treaty configurations and calculations.
• Strong written, verbal, and client communication skills.
• Analytical skills and willingness to adapt to new tools and technology.
• Ability to lead project work and manage follow-ups.
• Strong organization and time-management skills.
• This role is not eligible for relocation assistance or visa sponsorship.
