Salary: $201,000–$245,000 annually

What you will do

• Develop and execute the Reinsurance data, analytics, reporting, and business performance strategy.
• Own the data and analytics roadmap and prioritize initiatives across business and technology teams.
• Lead operational, management, and executive reporting, including KPI frameworks, scorecards, dashboards, and performance measurement.
• Advance Power BI reporting standards, data modeling, visualization practices, and self-service analytics adoption.
• Strengthen data governance, stewardship, ownership, data quality monitoring, and issue remediation across critical business domains.
• Evaluate AI and emerging analytics capabilities, communicate insights to executives, and lead a high-performing team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, Information Systems, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related discipline; an advanced degree is preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in data and analytics, business intelligence, performance management, data strategy, or related leadership roles.
• Deep reinsurance experience covering underwriting, claims, finance, operations, portfolio management, and performance metrics.
• Advanced Power BI expertise, including dashboard design, data modeling, KPI frameworks, visualization, and self-service analytics.
• Experience with data governance, data quality, metadata management, data stewardship, and enterprise data management.
• Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, presentation, and team leadership skills.
