What you will do

• Develop and execute the Reinsurance data, analytics, and business performance strategy aligned with enterprise priorities.
• Own the data and analytics roadmap, translating business strategy into a prioritized portfolio of initiatives.
• Lead the development of operational and executive reporting solutions, ensuring access to timely and actionable insights.
• Advance Reinsurance data governance, stewardship, and data quality capabilities to improve trust in enterprise data.
• Implement AI and emerging analytics capabilities to enable natural language querying and AI-driven insights.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.

Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive experience in data & analytics, business intelligence, or performance management leadership.
• Deep Reinsurance industry experience with strong knowledge of underwriting, claims, finance, and portfolio management.
• Advanced Power BI expertise, including dashboard design, data modeling, and KPI frameworks.
• Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and enterprise data management principles.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Mathematics, or Data Science (Advanced degree preferred).
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid capacity in Warren, NJ.
