Mold Maintenance Tech (Nights)

Location: Vonore, Tennessee, United States; onsite night-shift work

Salary: $21.42–$24.05 per hour

What you will do

• Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot molds used to produce boat components.
• Inspect molds for wear, damage, and performance issues, then clean and prepare them for production.
• Diagnose mold defects and complete repairs to minimize downtime and support production schedules.
• Document inspections, maintenance activities, and repairs.
• Operate forklifts and tugger vehicles to transport, stage, load, and unload molds, materials, and finished components.
• Follow safety procedures while handling molds, tooling, and production materials.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices and the ability to troubleshoot mechanical or surface defects.
• Basic understanding of production environments and manufacturing schedules.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain strong attention to detail.
• Ability to stand, lift, bend, reach, and perform other physical tasks in a production environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and wear required PPE, including respirators, gloves, eye protection, and protective clothing.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in mold maintenance, manufacturing maintenance, or related mechanical work.
