Manufacturing Lab Assistant (Life Sciences)

Location: Minneapolis, MN, United States; onsite laboratory work

Pay range: $18.40–$25.30 per hour

What you will do

• Support laboratory staff in processing hematology products and components.
• Process animal and human blood and perform assigned component procedures.
• Conduct fixation, separation, washing, and product blending according to approved protocols.
• Manufacture products and components within required deadlines.
• Monitor reagent and supply inventory and maintain clean work areas.
• Complete required documentation and follow company safety procedures.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of laboratory experience.
• Ability to handle blood and follow SOPs, laboratory procedures, and safety practices.
• Knowledge of nonconformance procedures.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Written and oral communication skills.
• Must have United States work authorization that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship.
