Base salary: $53,300–$100,700 annually

What you will do

• Review, analyze, and interpret vocational and medical information from claim files.
• Assess vocational information, job duties, and job demands and provide balanced vocational opinions.
• Develop, coordinate, and implement complex vocational rehabilitation and return-to-work plans.
• Gather relevant documentation from employers, claimants, healthcare providers, and internal resources.
• Complete comprehensive forensic vocational assessments and coach claims professionals on vocational topics.
• Maintain professional certifications and stay current with developments in the vocational field.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Vocational Rehabilitation or a related field.
• Certification in rehabilitation counseling, disability management, or case management.
• Three or more years of vocational experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate complex vocational issues clearly in writing and verbally.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• The position may be filled at the Vocational Rehabilitation Consultant or Senior Vocational Rehabilitation Consultant level, depending on experience and qualifications.
