TL;DR
GBS Process Improvement and Analytics Lead (Lean, Analytics, and Source-to-Pay): Designing and deploying standardized continuous improvement and performance management capabilities across the GBS Source-to-Pay organization with an accent on Lean Daily Management, operational analytics, process redesign, and automation enablement. Focus on building KPI dashboards, leading cross-functional process transformation, analyzing root causes, and sustaining standardized future-state processes across global procurement operations.
Location: Quezon City, Manila, Philippines; regular on-site presence across GBS Procurement locations is expected

What you will do
- Define and own the GBS Procurement continuous improvement strategy, standards, methodology, and improvement portfolio.
- Build continuous improvement capability through coaching, training, playbooks, Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and agile practices.
- Design and deploy Lean Daily Management routines, tiered performance reviews, visual management, and structured problem-solving practices.
- Lead process redesign, simplification, standardization, automation, and AI-enabled analytics initiatives across Source-to-Pay operations.
- Define KPIs and performance dashboards, translate operational data into insights, and support benefits tracking and value realization.
- Partner with functional, process, change, and enablement leaders across regions to drive adoption, alignment, and sustainment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in Procurement, Source-to-Pay, process improvement, operational excellence, and analytics, including GBS, shared services, or large-scale operations.
- Experience leading enterprise or multifunction improvement portfolios and driving transformation, standardization, and automation in a global environment.
- Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, performance management, S2P controls, compliance, and financial integration.
- Experience with operational analytics, KPI development, reporting, visualization platforms such as Power BI or Tableau, and procurement systems such as Oracle.
- Fluent spoken and written English is required. Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, communication, and stakeholder-influencing skills are also required.

- Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Lean or Six Sigma certification.
