What you will do

• Publish critical business sales reports to support key decision-making for internal associates and distributors.
• Develop and monitor KPIs, including control account tracking, ISS reconciliation, and SOW reporting.
• Manage end-to-end account support tasks including customer billing, dispute resolutions, and onboarding.
• Provide detailed customer purchase reports and trend analysis to support account reviews and RFPs.
• Re-engineer and automate key sales processes to improve efficiency and information access for the ANZ sales team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of work experience in business planning, analysis, reporting, or business intelligence.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with reporting platforms such as SAP BW or Cognos.
• Proven ability to manage relationships with stakeholders at multiple levels, both internally and externally.
• Strong analytical acumen and a service-oriented, customer-focused mindset.
