Pharmaceutical Change Control Specialist F/M/X (CAR-T)

Location: Beerse, Belgium; permanent, onsite position.

What you will do

• Initiate and manage change controls for cell therapy projects, focusing on CAR-T technology transfer and process enhancements.
• Enable changes to global platforms and coordinate engagement across Quality, Procurement, Planning, and R&D.
• Use Comet QMS daily to support operational activities.
• Collaborate with CAR-T sites in the EU and US on process improvements and technology transfer.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, business cases, and change justifications.
• Contribute to executive-level work and operational excellence within the Advanced Therapies division.

Requirements

• Experience in change control or project management within the life sciences or pharmaceutical sector.
• Proficiency with Comet QMS or a similar quality management system.
• Experience or understanding of technology transfer and GMP regulations.
• Academic background in life sciences, engineering, or a related field.
• Fluent English and Dutch required.
• Strong technical writing, stakeholder management, independent working, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
