Salary: €79,800–€137,770 gross per annum in Belgium; US pay range of $117,000–$201,250 per annum for US hires.

What you will do

  • Lead the end-to-end deployment of Intelligent Clinical Supply Management capabilities within the Transcend R&D transformation program.
  • Drive solution design decisions and facilitate workshops translating business requirements into scalable solutions integrated with SAP S/4HANA, TIME, RTSM, and clinical ecosystem applications.
  • Lead business simulation testing and user acceptance testing, including business process scenarios and end-to-end test plans.
  • Coordinate cutover, launch, and post-launch hypercare activities while collaborating with data migration teams on clinical supply chain master data.
  • Maintain alignment with program scope, timelines, quality, compliance, GxP, and data integrity requirements.
  • Measure business value, manage risks and dependencies, and collaborate with global template, change adoption, technology, deployment, and implementation teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, life sciences, biology, logistics, information technology, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years of life sciences experience implementing, supporting, or using SAP in R&D or commercial supply chain processes.
  • Understanding of GxP and data integrity requirements, SDLC, agile methodology, and tools such as Jira or Confluence.
  • Experience with process standardization, global end-to-end transformation, change management, and cross-functional leadership.
  • Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and project management skills.
  • Work location must be one of the listed Belgium or United States locations.

Nice to have

  • Clinical Supply Chain process knowledge.
  • Experience designing or deploying SAP S/4HANA modules.
  • Project management, SAP, or supply chain certification such as PMI, SAP certification, or APICS.
  • Experience working across global matrixed organizations and measuring business value.
  • Availability for limited travel aligned with the deployment timeline.
