Project Manager (Digital)

What you will do

• Own client web and digital projects from planning through delivery.
• Translate client needs into clear project plans and coordinate timelines, budgets, scope, quality, and deadlines.
• Run client workshops with internal experts to turn omnichannel services into long-term projects.
• Act as the main internal point of contact, coordinating specialists and delegating work across project teams.
• Build strong client relationships with account managers by understanding client businesses and identifying creative opportunities.
• Contribute expertise in consulting, UX design, information architecture, and other areas where appropriate.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager.
• Fluent Dutch and English; French conversation skills are desirable.
• Experience with a CMS such as Drupal or WordPress, ideally combined with a technical or online marketing background.
• Strong strategic, creative, technical, service, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Thorough understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks.
• Strong time, budget, and scope management skills with a focus on timely delivery.

Nice to have

• Commercial proposal development and commercial thinking.
• Experience leading Project Managers as a Project Director, Team Lead, or in a similar role.
