Quality Control Inspectors (QCI) - Civil

What you will do

• Inspect civil and structural activities, including excavation, formwork, rebar placement, concrete, finishing, and backfilling.
• Verify that materials, workmanship, procedures, method statements, checklists, drawings, and revisions comply with project requirements.
• Witness and document quality-control tests such as slump, cube, and compaction tests.
• Prepare inspection reports, non-conformance reports, and corrective-action records.
• Coordinate with construction, engineering, and QA/QC teams to resolve quality issues and monitor subcontractor performance.
• Participate in internal and external audits, close audit findings, and support continuous improvement of site quality systems.

Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience as a Civil Quality Control Inspector in EPC or construction projects.
• Experience with project specifications, QA/QC procedures, inspection and test plans, and method statements.
• Knowledge of ASTM, ACI, BS, and ISO standards.
• Understanding of the EPC project lifecycle.
• Technical certificates and approval documents must be provided with the CV.

Nice to have

• Experience in oil and gas, petrochemical, or industrial projects.
• Experience with early civil works, concrete works, road works, and compaction activities.
