QC Manager (Construction Quality Manager)

What you will do

• Manage and coordinate all site quality activities across project work areas.
• Assign and coordinate QC Engineers, QC Inspectors, Document Controllers, and third-party testing and inspection providers.
• Report to the Project Manager and Division QC Manager while coordinating project quality matters with the Quality Director and Corporate Material Manager.
• Review and monitor the application of company Integrated Management System policies and procedures at project level.
• Assess contract requirements and determine whether standard quality plans and procedures can be applied or require project-specific versions.
• Perform regular reviews and critical inspections for large-scale capital projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering from a recognized university.
• Certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001:2015.
• At least 20 years of total experience, including at least 5 years as a QA/QC Manager on oil and gas projects.
• Experience managing QA/QC functions across oil and gas EPC projects involving pipelines, piping, process equipment, structures, painting and coating, and insulation.
• Experience managing large-scale capital projects through regular reviews and critical inspections.
• ADNOC approval as Construction Quality Manager required.
