What you will do

• Define and validate system-level power solutions for the 48V IBC market and AI server applications.
• Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to define architectures, IC requirements, and system specifications.
• Design proof-of-concepts, validation platforms, and reference designs for server, telecom, and industrial systems.
• Investigate advanced 48V DC/DC and integrated power solutions.
• Develop simulation models, calculators, datasheets, application notes, and other technical collateral.
• Analyze power integrity, thermal performance, fault response, and overall system integration.

Requirements

• BS degree or higher in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
• 5+ years of relevant engineering experience.
• Strong expertise in power electronics, DC/DC converters, power topologies, control loop theory, and stability analysis.
• Experience with IC definition, system integration, PCB schematic and layout design, and CAD tools.
• Familiarity with PSpice, SIMPLIS, or similar simulation tools.
• Strong laboratory debugging, validation, technical writing, and cross-functional leadership skills.
