Talent Analytics Sr Analyst (Location Flexible)

Salary: $81,900–$139,700 annually, plus discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Develop ad hoc, recurring, and self-service HR analytics and data solutions using HR systems and database tools.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, visualizations, DAX measures, Power Query transformations, and data models.
• Contribute to predictive analytics and modeling using machine learning and natural language processing techniques.
• Design, estimate, and execute analysis plans based on stakeholder requirements and business questions.
• Generate proactive insights on talent trends, external benchmarks, and workforce questions, then communicate findings to HR and business stakeholders.
• Review SQL and reporting code, validate acquired data, and recommend improvements to reporting systems and business processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Management Information Systems, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience with data transformation tools such as Alteryx.
• At least 3 years of experience using SQL to query large datasets.
• At least 2 years of experience preparing and visualizing data for non-technical stakeholders using Power BI, including report creation, DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
• Strong analytical, quantitative problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with RStudio or Python for automation, data processing, statistical modeling, machine learning, or data mining.
• Understanding of Human Resources functions, workforce management processes, and related data.
• Experience with Workday, Cornerstone, Qualtrics, VNDLY, or ServiceNow.
• Experience with PowerPoint, Visio, data documentation, and process documentation.
