Solutions Architect (French-Speaking)

Location: London, UK office with a hybrid model requiring 3 days of working from home per week; travel up to 60% may be required, including international and short-notice travel.

What you will do

• Support the sales team throughout deal cycles by providing technical and functional presales expertise.
• Map client use cases, business objectives, workflows, and processes to MRI solutions, initially focusing on Prolease and its integrations.
• Deliver customer-focused presentations, solution demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and business value propositions.
• Design, validate, and position advanced hirify.global capabilities and complementary third-party interfaces.
• Coordinate with internal teams and third-party providers on project scope, pricing, availability, and technical delivery.
• Respond to RFPs, contribute to product and innovation discussions, and support quarterly and annual business objectives.

Requirements

• Fluent French and English communication skills.
• Strong presentation, written, verbal, and customer-facing communication skills.
• Ability to explain solution value to end users, project sponsors, and C-suite executives.
• Strong technical ability, including an interest in data modelling and solution design.
• 3+ years of experience in software; AI or PropTech experience is preferred.
• A degree or comparable professional experience in Property Management, Leasing, or Accounting.

Nice to have

• Working proficiency in German.
• Strong interest in AI and its applications.
