Solution Architect, Defence Services (C4I)

Location: Issy Les Moulineaux, France. Must have the right to reside and work in France indefinitely; occasional domestic travel to customer sites and international travel are required.

What you will do

• Act as the primary technical link between hirify.global and French military customers and stakeholders.
• Translate operational challenges and requirements into effective C4I software and solution designs.
• Provide technical leadership and direction to engineers across multiple concurrent projects.
• Build trusted relationships with military customers and help deliver measurable operational value.
• Support business development by identifying and helping secure opportunities in France.
• Contribute to establishing hirify.global’s new French location as a founding team member.

Requirements

• Relevant university degree at Bachelor’s level or higher.
• Strong understanding of French military systems, stakeholders, planning processes, or command environments.
• Experience or knowledge of military C2 systems, networks, communications, or digital transformation in defence.
• Technical confidence in software, system design, or IT-based problem solving.
• Fluency in both French and English is essential.
• Must hold or be eligible to hold French and NATO security clearances.
