Lead Generation Executive (Business Assurance)

Location: Office-based in Oldbury, West Midlands, United Kingdom. Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm.

Salary: From £30,000 per year plus commission.

What you will do

• Generate new business opportunities through outbound telephone, email, and social media activity.
• Identify, engage, and qualify prospective clients aligned with the Business Assurance strategy.
• Build early-stage client relationships and position hirify.global as a preferred services partner.
• Create a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities for the wider commercial team.
• Contribute to revenue growth targets through proactive sales activity.

Requirements

• Experience working in a performance-measured, sales-based environment.
• Experience in a B2B sales environment.
• Experience achieving high-level targets through outbound sales.
• Experience generating and managing customer pipelines.
• Experience with high-level CRM systems or proficiency with Microsoft Office packages.
