What you will do

• Identify, engage, qualify, and convert organisations that are not currently hirify.global clients.
• Generate opportunities through outbound prospecting, calling, networking, social selling, and market engagement.
• Manage the full sales cycle from discovery and proposal development through negotiation and contract award.
• Build and maintain a qualified pipeline, sales forecasts, plans, and accurate CRM records.
• Target assigned sectors and territories while monitoring industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
• Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to support business development and market growth.

Requirements

• Proven B2B new business sales experience.
• Strong prospecting, lead generation, and outbound sales skills.
• Demonstrated success winning new clients and achieving sales targets.
• Confident communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
• Experience managing complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
• CRM and pipeline management experience, with a resilient, self-motivated, and results-oriented approach.
