Senior Customer Success Specialist - Financial Audit

Location: Coppell, Texas, United States. Normal office environment; travel requirements are over 10%. Applicants may be required to appear onsite at a hirify.global office during the recruitment process.

Salary: $71,300–$124,500 USD annually, plus bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Own customer relationships across onboarding, adoption, renewal readiness, and advocacy.
• Apply knowledge of public accounting, financial audit workflows, compliance requirements, and CPA firm operations to guide customers.
• Lead outcome-focused onboarding and create Customer Success Plans with objectives, use cases, success metrics, milestones, and timelines.
• Monitor customer health, adoption, engagement, support trends, and churn risks, and coordinate data-driven interventions.
• Facilitate Executive Business Reviews and align Sales, Support, Professional Services, and Product teams around customer priorities.
• Support renewals and expansion, resolve complex customer challenges, build advocacy, and share feedback for product and process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of external financial audit experience in a public accounting firm or similar environment.
• Working knowledge of audit methodologies, workflows, regulatory and compliance considerations, and CPA firm operations.
• Experience with CCH products or similar Tax and Accounting software and direct customer or client advisory work.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to lead customer conversations about software best practices.
• CPA certification or progress toward CPA is highly valued.

Nice to have

• Experience in B2B, SaaS, technology, or solutions-based environments.
• Experience with senior or executive customer stakeholders and ownership of a book of business.
• Experience leading Executive Business Reviews.
• Familiarity with Customer Success tools and CRM systems such as Salesforce or Certinia.
• Experience contributing customer insights to product or process improvements.
