Senior Sales Analyst

Salary: $78,600–$102,200 annually

What you will do

• Maintain and validate retailer and syndicated sales databases, dashboards, and recurring reports.
• Resolve discrepancies across multiple data sources and support automated reporting solutions.
• Analyze sales performance across categories, brands, segments, geographies, and key competitors.
• Identify performance drivers, distribution gaps, risks, competitive threats, and growth opportunities.
• Partner with Customer Sales Executives on customer planning, business questions, and performance gaps.
• Develop business cases, retailer selling stories, presentations, and actionable recommendations for sales growth and profitability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field, or relevant experience.
• 2–5+ years of experience in business analytics, category management, sales analytics, or consumer packaged goods.
• Experience working with large datasets, multiple data sources, and strong data analysis and reporting practices.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with retailer sales data and syndicated datasets such as Circana, NielsenIQ, or retailer POS data.
• Experience supporting customer sales, category management, or revenue growth teams.
