Staff AI Product Manager

Location: Dublin, Ireland; hybrid with at least three days per week in the office

Fin is hirify.global's AI Customer Agent platform, providing automated customer support across service, sales, and ecommerce channels.

What you will do

• Own a major area of Fin's AI platform or AI agent, including its vision, strategy, roadmap, and impact.
• Understand customer needs, business goals, and AI system capabilities to make product decisions and build roadmaps.
• Collaborate with ML scientists, ML engineers, AI designers, and ML researchers to assess ideas, feasibility, trade-offs, and product value.
• Take AI concepts from exploration through production launches, running experiments and defining success metrics.
• Evaluate and iterate on AI products and user-facing features to improve effectiveness, reliability, safety, and customer value.
• Partner with product, go-to-market, marketing, support, and operations teams to drive adoption and impact.

Requirements

• Strong technical fluency and deep experience building or working with AI/ML products, ideally including generative AI.
• Ability to discuss model behavior, evaluation, prompts, architectures, constraints, and trade-offs with technical partners.
• Excellent product judgment and ability to turn ambiguous AI capabilities into clear, valuable product experiences.
• Strong problem-framing, customer research, data analysis, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience collaborating with engineering and design to ship, test, measure, and iterate on high-quality software.
