Senior Product Manager (AI)

Location: US or Dublin; hybrid work

Salary: $105,000–$178,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Own the Prism Core orchestrator, including request routing between third-party models and first-party agents.
• Define and evolve responsible-AI guardrails, safety controls, identity, access, and audit capabilities.
• Own usage measurement, attribution, monetization, and pricing models across Prism products and customers.
• Manage model selection, evaluation, rollout criteria, and the shared core-agent roadmap.
• Partner with the Workflow Engine and other Prism product teams to prioritize shared platform capabilities.
• Set product vision, specifications, success criteria, and priorities for a lean cross-functional team.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience, including shipped platform or infrastructure products used by other engineering teams.
• 3+ years of experience with model orchestration, AI safety or guardrails, identity and billing infrastructure, or applied AI and agent products.
• Strong understanding of AI model and agent evaluation, orchestration, grounding, and platform infrastructure.
• Experience with customer validation, roadmap prioritization, prototyping, data-driven decisions, and cross-functional leadership without formal authority.
• Working knowledge of cloud/SaaS platforms, modern software delivery, governance, identity, access control, and audit trails.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with model gateways, AI safety frameworks, identity providers, or usage-based billing systems.
• Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, model evaluation, retrieval-based AI, agent orchestration, or AI coding tools.
• Programming proficiency in Python or C# and familiarity with OAuth/OIDC and API gateway design.
• Exposure to TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Previous ERP experience or an advanced degree.
