Base pay: €61,800–€106,260 annually

What you will do

• Serve as the primary Health Care Compliance Officer for the relevant markets.
• Lead the development and execution of compliance strategies aligned with global and regional priorities.
• Identify, assess, and manage risks related to commercial, promotional, professional education, and operational activities.
• Advise business leaders on compliance requirements and ethical decision-making.
• Oversee compliance programs, training, monitoring, and issue management.
• Support investigations, audits, regulatory interactions, and emerging-risk assessments with Legal and cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Compliance, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of progressive experience in Health Care Compliance, legal, risk management, audit, or a related business field.
• Strong knowledge of global, regional, and market-specific Health Care Compliance regulations and industry codes.
• Leadership experience managing teams or complex compliance programs.
• Ability to partner with senior business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders, supported by strong analytical, judgment, decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• English is required; additional Spanish fluency is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences.
• Experience supporting country-level compliance programs in a global organization.
• Familiarity with compliance monitoring, investigations, and remediation.
• Experience in highly matrixed environments and strong change management and influencing capabilities.
• Compliance, legal, or ethics certification.
