Neuroscience Hospital Specialist-South Jersey (Pharmaceutical Sales)

Location: Remote sales role requiring residence within a commutable 50-mile distance of the primary city in the South Jersey sales territory; the role is performed in the United States.

Salary: $116,000–$166,750 annually, plus incentive opportunity.

What you will do

• Conduct proactive outreach to healthcare providers about product access, approved product information, and established patient-care guidance.
• Engage customers through in-person, virtual, and digital tools, coordinating with Medical, Market Access, Patient Support, and other colleagues.
• Facilitate speaker programs and organize local provider groups to discuss patient experiences and outcomes.
• Analyze territory conditions, sales data, competitive information, and promotional budgets to identify opportunities and establish priorities.
• Build relationships with healthcare office personnel, educate staff on payer guidelines and reimbursement procedures, and support account pull-through.
• Deliver compliant, balanced sales presentations using approved marketing materials, studies, package inserts, and technical references.

Requirements

• Residence within 50 miles of the primary city in the South Jersey sales territory is required.
• At least 2 years of pharmaceutical or medical device sales experience.
• At least 4 years of sales experience working with healthcare providers, ideally across multiple products.
• Cross-functional experience in commercial life sciences or a related industry.
• Ability to communicate complex clinical and product information and work in an evolving, ambiguous environment.
• Demonstrated coaching, training, mentoring, ethical conduct, and compliance with regulatory standards.
