Mid-level DevSecOps Engineer (Secure Cloud Systems)

Location: Arlington, VA and Washington, D.C.; primarily local travel in the DMV area

What you will do

• Integrate enterprise cloud capabilities for a secure cloud systems contract.
• Write Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Set up and maintain Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment pipelines.
• Onboard development teams into the delivery pipeline.
• Monitor logs, support issue resolution, and help incorporate DevSecOps best practices.

Requirements

• Eligibility for a DoD Secret clearance is required.
• Strong knowledge of containers, Terraform, and Kubernetes.
• Understanding of DoD cloud networks, firewalls, and security requirements.
• Ability to work in the Arlington, VA/Washington, D.C. area and support primarily local DMV travel.

Nice to have

• Experience developing software for a DoD software system.
• Coding or scripting experience in Python or SQL.
