DevOps Engineer – Mid (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Design, deploy, test, and certify DevSecOps infrastructure tools, operating systems, libraries, components, and dependencies.
• Operate and maintain multiple infrastructure tools and services.
• Deploy and configure scalable services using IaaS platforms.
• Configure and administer Linux-based servers supporting web and backend services.
• Debug cluster-based computing environments and architectures.
• Automate operational work with scripting and programming, support monitoring services, cybersecurity compliance, RMF requirements, and CI/CD workflows.

Requirements

• Active Top Secret clearance required.
• Must work in Huntsville, Alabama.
• At least 5 years of experience in DevOps, system administration, or related roles.
• Strong Linux experience, with Red Hat preferred, plus hands-on cybersecurity infrastructure administration.
• Experience with AWS, Docker, ALB, Terraform, CloudFormation, Databricks, AWS Redis, Spring Boot, and PKI.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.

Nice to have

• Experience integrating third-party tools, modifying code, and automating operations and maintenance processes.
• Familiarity with Splunk, Oracle or SQL platforms, and Python scripting.
• Understanding of secure CI/CD pipelines, cloud-native tooling, and compliance standards.
• RHCSA, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Associate certification.
