Cloud Infrastructure Engineer (AWS/Azure)

Location: Full-time onsite in the Playa Vista area of Los Angeles, USA; US citizenship required

What you will do

• Design, deploy, automate, and operate cloud and hybrid infrastructure focused on AWS GovCloud and Microsoft Azure.
• Build secure, scalable, and highly available IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS environments from the ground up.
• Develop Infrastructure as Code with Terraform and automate provisioning, deployments, monitoring, and operational tasks using Python.
• Design and maintain cloud networking, including VPCs/VNets, subnets, routing, VPNs, firewalls, security groups, and private connectivity.
• Implement identity and access controls, encryption, monitoring, backups, and disaster recovery solutions.
• Investigate infrastructure incidents, document architectures and runbooks, and collaborate with security, DevOps, software engineering, and IT leadership.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in cloud infrastructure engineering, DevOps, systems engineering, or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of production experience with AWS and/or Azure, with significant AWS GovCloud experience preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of cloud architecture, networking, security, identity, storage, compute, monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery.
• Advanced Infrastructure as Code experience; Terraform is strongly preferred.
• Strong Python or similar scripting and automation skills, plus understanding of CI/CD, version control, and DevOps practices.
• US citizenship and willingness to work full-time onsite in the Playa Vista area of Los Angeles are required.
