Technical Support Engineer - Security (Cisco)

Location: Warsaw, hybrid, with the possibility of remote work

What you will do

• Conduct technical projects and prepare inquiries for business partners.
• Provide ongoing technical support for partners using security and enterprise networking solutions.
• Collaborate with sales and the Product Manager on current technical issues.
• Read and interpret technical and tender documentation.
• Support the implementation of security and networking solutions.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of pre-sales support experience for advanced security and enterprise networking solutions, preferably at a reseller or distributor.
• Technical knowledge of security and enterprise networking solutions.
• Experience implementing solutions from vendors such as Cisco, Check Point, or Palo Alto.
• Cisco technical certifications such as CCNA or CCNP, plus other security certifications.
• Good English sufficient for reading technical documentation.
• Independence, problem-solving skills, prioritization, and the ability to work under time pressure.
