Information Security Analyst (Cybersecurity)

Location: Hybrid in Krakow, Poland (weekly office attendance required)

What you will do

• Design, protect, and manage security services for the company's global security infrastructure.
• Engineer and tune cloud security solutions in AWS and GCP, including monitoring, alerting, and posture maintenance.
• Implement and integrate security solutions such as IDS, Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems, and Firewalls.
• Conduct periodic security assessments, security policy enforcement, and incident response.
• Analyze configurations and architecture to verify compliance with security standards and industry practices.
• Automate threat intelligence and sensor enrichment to improve detection and remediation efficiency.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in Information Technology within the Information Security area.
• Expertise in Firewall and Intrusion Detection technologies and TCP/IP networking.
• Strong experience in securing Linux environments.
• Proficiency with SIEM, Fortinet, and Firepower IDS.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
• Deep understanding of security frameworks and governance models such as SANS, GIAC, COBIT, or NIST.

Nice to have

• Certifications: CCNA, CISSP, or cloud security certifications.
• Experience with SOC, ISO, and other attestation and certification reviews.
• Proficiency in scripting languages and command line interfaces.
