Information Security Analyst (Cybersecurity)

Location: Krakow, Poland. Hybrid work with weekly time in the office; occasional travel may be required. Working hours may need to support multiple jurisdictions, including EMEA, USA, and APAC.

What you will do

• Design, protect, and manage security services across global security infrastructure.
• Engineer and tune cloud security solutions, including enrollment, monitoring, alerting, and security posture management.
• Implement, develop, and integrate IDS, identity and access management, firewalls, and related security controls.
• Design solutions based on use cases and business requirements and participate in proofs of concept and technical evaluations.
• Automate threat intelligence and sensor enrichment to reduce time to detect and remediate threats.
• Review architectures, configurations, and implementations for compliance with security standards, policies, and industry requirements.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of overall IT experience in information security.
• Experience with firewalls, intrusion detection technologies, TCP/IP networking, Linux security, risk and vulnerability assessments, and SIEM.
• Hands-on experience with Fortinet, Firepower IDS, and cloud platforms including AWS and GCP.
• Strong understanding of information security engineering, architecture methodologies, governance models, and standards such as SANS, GIAC, COBIT, and NIST.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, teamwork, flexibility, and initiative.

Nice to have

• Cloud security certifications, CCNA, or CISSP.
• Experience with SOC, ISO, and other attestation or certification reviews.
• Experience with scripting languages and command-line interfaces.
