What you will do

• Implement security measures across the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment.
• Design and deliver end-to-end security solutions, contributing from pre-sales discussions to full implementation.
• Develop and manage scalable IAM guardrails for Azure, AWS, and GCP environments.
• Execute technical roadmaps for data protection, including encryption and tokenization.
• Create secure configurations for containerized (Kubernetes, EKS) and IaC (Terraform) workflows.
• Promote security awareness by conducting workshops and training sessions on secure coding practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience leading Cloud Security roles in complex, distributed environments.
• Proficiency with Azure and AWS cloud providers.
• Deep knowledge of virtualization, containers, service-mesh, Kubernetes, and Docker.
• Expertise in SSDLC, cryptography, key management, and identity and access management (IAM).
• Technical security certifications such as CCSP, CISSP, or CSSLP.
• English: Upper-intermediate (B2) proficiency required.
• Location: Must be based in Poland.
