Lead DevSecOps Engineer (Cloud Security)

What you will do

• Design and implement security measures across the full software development lifecycle.
• Lead secure-by-design cloud-native architecture and delivery across public, private, and hybrid cloud environments.
• Advise clients during pre-sales and project delivery, define target architectures, develop prototypes, and support implementation.
• Perform threat modeling and translate security requirements into guidance for engineering and product teams.
• Implement IAM guardrails and data protection initiatives covering encryption, key management, and tokenization.
• Secure Kubernetes, EKS, and Terraform environments, assess cloud risks, and drive remediation initiatives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in cloud security roles involving cloud-native and distributed architectures.
• Strong expertise in Azure and AWS; familiarity with GCP, Kubernetes, Docker, VMware, service mesh, virtualization, and cloud orchestration.
• Experience implementing, optimizing, troubleshooting, and documenting security controls across SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS environments.
• Knowledge of IAM, network security, cryptography, key management, data protection, SSDLC, threat modeling, and cloud risk remediation.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills for working with distributed teams.
• Upper-intermediate or higher English proficiency is required for collaboration in multicultural and international environments.

Nice to have

• CCSP, CISSP, CSSLP, or equivalent industry certification.
• Knowledge of emerging security threats, vulnerabilities, and cloud security best practices.
