CMBS Surveillance - Senior Analyst/Associate (PA)

Location: Hybrid role based in the Dresher, Pennsylvania office, with in-office work required Tuesday through Thursday.

Annual base salary: $75,000–$110,000.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end surveillance of assigned commercial mortgage-backed securities portfolios.
• Prepare and present transaction analyses to credit committees and publish transaction reports.
• Develop detailed cash flow analyses for commercial real estate properties and assess transaction credit risk.
• Collaborate with team members to develop and present credit opinions on assigned transactions.
• Support senior team members with property cash flows and manage information requests during review processes.
• Participate in workplace projects that improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commercial Real Estate.
• 2–4 years of business experience, preferably in financial services.
• Exceptional attention to detail and excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate effectively.
• Relevant commercial real estate, rating agency, or CMBS experience is preferred; familiarity with the CREFC Investor Reporting Package is helpful.

Nice to have

• Experience using generative AI tools such as ChatGPT for research, data insights, and productivity.
