Location: Vienna, Austria

Salary: €3,800–€5,200 gross per month, depending on experience

What you will do

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including stand-ups, planning, and retrospectives.
• Support task prioritisation and organisational clarity within the team.
• Identify and remove blockers before they slow delivery.
• Coordinate dependencies and communication across hardware, firmware, software, optics, and product teams.
• Keep stakeholders informed through clear, focused communication.
• Improve ways of working and maintain the team's tasks and documentation in ClickUp.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile facilitator, preferably in a technical or engineering-heavy environment.
• Experience coordinating multiple teams, dependencies, timelines, and communication.
• Ability to work effectively in ambiguity and adapt processes to the team's needs.
• Coaching and facilitation skills with a non-policing approach.
• Fluent English required; German is welcome.

Nice to have

• CSM, PSM, or an equivalent certification.
