What you will do

• Lead supplier business plans and manage their implementation across the organization.
• Align supplier and company goals to achieve mutual business objectives.
• Monitor and recommend tactical and strategic relationship plans.
• Participate in supplier business reviews, provide data, and resolve issues.
• Identify new supplier opportunities and develop services that combine supplier capabilities with company resources.
• Manage program activities, performance analysis, forecasting requirements, and rebate projections.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Typically 3+ years of relevant work experience.
• Thorough knowledge of principles, theories, practices, techniques, and standards in the relevant discipline.
• Ability to independently evaluate situations, develop solutions, and exercise judgment.
• Ability to collaborate with management, department members, and cross-functional organizational teams.
