Apparel Designer

Location: Onsite in Beverly Hills, California, United States. Monday–Friday during core business hours.

What you will do

• Lead trend-driven apparel design initiatives across men's and women's categories, including small capsules, limited drops, and fast-turn opportunities.
• Develop seasonal narratives covering fabric direction, silhouettes, construction, and overall aesthetic vision.
• Translate mood boards and brand direction into commercially viable products, hand sketches, presentation decks, and line sheets.
• Create accurate tech packs and manage specifications, measurements, trims, construction details, and pre-production approvals.
• Lead fittings and review prototype, PP, and production samples to protect design integrity, fit, and garment quality.
• Manage projects and calendar milestones end-to-end while partnering with sourcing, production, and product development teams and mentoring CAD designers and junior team members.

Requirements

• 5+ years of design experience, preferably in apparel or high-volume fashion environments.
• Strong hand-sketching skills and proven knowledge of fashion markets, global trends, and emerging techniques.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Passion for inclusive sizing and men's market design.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced environment with strong organization, communication, writing, and presentation skills.
• BFA or BA in Fashion Design or a related field; English required for the role, with additional languages advantageous.
