What you will do

• Drive and monitor profit, sales, and performance goals while managing retail costs, budgets, and resources.
• Oversee the eyeglass department, ensuring operational efficiency, quality standards, and compliance with company policies.
• Execute merchandising, marketing, pricing promotions, and other brand initiatives.
• Supervise, motivate, lead, and coach Opticians, contact lens sales associates, and reception staff where applicable.
• Support staffing forecasts, recruiting, selection, retention, and the development of Apprentice Opticians as permitted by law.
• Provide and promote exceptional customer service across the store.

Requirements

• Maintain an optical license as required by the state.
• Optical sales experience; supervisory experience is preferred.
• Ability to lead, coach, and build effective associate relationships.
• Understanding of store operations, financial reports, organizational planning, and problem-solving.
• Strong oral and written communication and exceptional customer service skills.
• ABO and NCLE certification.
