Business Analyst, Operation

What you will do

• Execute and continuously improve the enterprise delivery operating model, governance processes, SOPs, playbooks, and operational standards.
• Support resource planning, capacity tracking, demand analysis, utilization monitoring, and workforce deployment decisions.
• Maintain operational dashboards and reporting, partnering with Finance and business unit leaders to support data-driven decisions.
• Identify operational bottlenecks, implement process improvements, and support change management, documentation, training, and adoption.
• Administer delivery-related systems and support enhancements, testing, configuration, automation, and data integrity across PSA, ERP, CRM, and resource management platforms.
• Collaborate with Delivery Managers, PMO, Finance, Sales Operations, HR, IT, and Business Systems teams on operational initiatives and transformation programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Project Management, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in project operations, PMO operations, professional services operations, resource management, business operations, or operational excellence.
• Experience supporting operations in a professional services, consulting, or technology services organization.
• Understanding of resource planning, utilization management, capacity forecasting, portfolio reporting, operational governance, and professional services delivery models.
• Strong Microsoft Excel, communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and process improvement skills.
• Experience with PSAs, ERPs, CRMs, IT ticketing systems, and project portfolio management systems.

Nice to have

• Experience with Oracle NetSuite, Oracle Suite Projects Pro, Salesforce CRM, or UKG.
• Experience supporting multi-business-unit service organizations or enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Lean, Six Sigma, PMP, PMI-PMOCP, or related operational certifications.
