Business Analytics Associate (Fintech)

Location: Chicago, IL; candidates must be based in the Chicagoland area

Base annual salary: $65,000–$106,200 USD, plus eligibility for an annual bonus.

What you will do

• Analyze marketing channel performance, client retention, and lifetime customer value.
• Investigate operational data and processes to identify key challenges and opportunities.
• Present findings to stakeholders and senior leadership, recommending actionable solutions.
• Redefine and challenge company and business-unit KPIs.
• Collaborate with product and operations teams on testing and experimental design.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, STEM, or another analytical field.
• Experience in strategy consulting, financial services, or startup environments.
• Experience analyzing data with Excel and coding in SQL.
• Strong skills in dataset manipulation, data visualization, and presentation.
• Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and solve open-ended problems.
• Must be based in the Chicagoland area.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python or R.
• Experience with Looker or Tableau.
