Senior Test Engineer (ATE)

What you will do

• Develop and implement robust, cost-efficient ATE test programs.
• Coordinate and lead test activities throughout product development, qualification, production, launch, and ramp-up.
• Develop software and hardware ATE solutions for high-volume power management ICs.
• Drive continuous improvements to reduce cost, improve yield, and resolve mass-production quality issues.
• Collaborate with internal and external groups across functions and time zones.
• Mentor and lead junior team members.

Requirements

• Degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent education.
• Experience developing ATE tests for analog and mixed-signal ICs.
• Hands-on experience with Advantest V93K, Cohu DiamondX, Teradyne UltraFLEX, or equivalent mixed-signal ATE platforms.
• Strong knowledge of electronic devices, circuits, and mixed-signal test methodologies.
• Experience with hardware and PCB design tools and laboratory equipment such as oscilloscopes and digital multimeters.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis, data analysis tools, revision control with Git or a similar system, and cross-functional collaboration.
