Senior Backend Developer (AI)

Location: Warsaw, Poland (Hybrid: 3 days per week in office)

What you will do

• Build and maintain internal platforms to support the development and evaluation of AI-powered products.
• Work across backend engineering, infrastructure, and developer tooling.
• Design and execute technical initiatives to improve platform reliability and developer experience.
• Participate in on-call rotations to ensure system stability.
• Collaborate with the team through daily stand-ups and technical planning.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Python, or similar languages.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Proven ability to design, build, and deploy high-quality software.
• Experience with distributed systems, observability, and production support.
• Proficient in English.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI Agents evaluation and orchestration tooling.
• Experience maintaining CI/CD workflows (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Experience with Vertex AI or Google Agent Platform.
• Experience in frontend development (React, Node, TypeScript).
