RF Analysis Engineer

Location: On-site in Oklahoma City, United States; occasional travel of up to 20% may be required.

What you will do

• Lead the analysis and implementation of signal-processing algorithms and models.
• Provide technical input to RF system architecture, integration, trade studies, and design decisions.
• Develop RF subsystems, manage requirements, and ensure solutions meet performance and safety standards.
• Create and maintain specifications, interface definitions, test artifacts, and formal technical reports.
• Troubleshoot differences between simulated and measured system performance.
• Conduct laboratory and field testing, demonstrate products, and identify improvements.

Requirements

• US citizenship and eligibility for a Department of Defense security clearance are required.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• Experience with RF systems, including design, analysis, production, or testing.
• Strong technical writing skills and the ability to produce formal test documentation and reports.
• No visa support or C2C arrangements are available.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree in electrical or computer engineering.
• RF system design, digital signal processing, software-defined radio, communications modulation, or modeling and simulation experience.
• Experience with MATLAB, Python, or C++.
• Experience using VNAs, spectrum analyzers, power meters, or similar RF test equipment.
• Experience with Cameo Systems Modeler or a similar MBSE tool and cross-functional engineering collaboration.
