Sr. Analyst, Marketing Analytics (FinTech)

Location: Chicago, IL, United States

Base annual salary: $75,000–$119,823 USD, plus eligibility for an annual bonus.

What you will do

• Extract, clean, and analyze data to improve customer acquisition and retention.
• Act as a liaison across Data, Business Intelligence, Analytics, Operations, and Sales to align data needs.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses of marketing and sales initiatives, operational trends, challenges, and opportunities.
• Build and maintain automated reports and dashboards for key metrics.
• Partner with Product and Operations to design and execute tests.
• Manage multiple analytics projects in a fast-paced FinTech startup environment.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience in marketing, product, strategy, or business analytics.
• 2+ years of experience in paid media strategy, measurement, and optimization.
• Experience with experiment design and statistical analysis.
• Strong data and analytical skills, including SQL, relational data models, dataset manipulation, and Excel.
• Experience developing data visualizations and communicating recommendations to stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize effectively, learn quickly, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
