Professional Engineer / Project Manager, Transportation - Transit & Commuter / Freight Rail

Location: Hybrid in Seattle, Washington; candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.

Salary: $112,000–$152,400 per year, plus potential overtime, bonuses, ESOP contributions, and other compensation.

What you will do

• Lead multidisciplinary design teams for transit, commuter rail, and freight rail infrastructure projects.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, frameworks, and deliverables from proposal through closeout.
• Coordinate civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical engineering disciplines.
• Conduct reviews during preconstruction, prebid, and construction phases.
• Oversee construction administration and client coordination.
• Support business development, client engagement, and proposal development.

Requirements

• Professional Engineer license in the State of Washington.
• Experience managing transit or infrastructure projects, preferably in the rail sector.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to lead diverse teams and build trusted client relationships.
• Authorization to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship needs.
