Incoming Case Coordinator (Hybrid)

Location: Madrid, Spain; hybrid work arrangement

Annual base salary: EUR 27,000–45,000 for a full-time role, plus performance-based variable compensation.

What you will do

• Coordinate incoming requests from corporate clients and brokers, serving as a central point of contact.
• Review emails and documentation, distinguish new transactions from amendments and general inquiries, and route tasks to the appropriate Operations teams.
• Process and allocate client payments, support reconciliation, and investigate or escalate discrepancies.
• Respond to account statement and payment-related inquiries with accuracy and professionalism.
• Support the issuance and administration of bonds and guarantees for the DACH region.
• Collaborate with Operations teams and stakeholders across multiple European markets and locations.

Requirements

• Completed commercial education, preferably banking specialization, or a bachelor's degree in economics or international trade; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Initial experience in Trade Finance or banking, preferably in a client-facing finance role.
• Strong written and spoken English and German are required.
• Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Strong organization, prioritization, coordination, attention to detail, and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.

Nice to have

• Experience with trade finance transaction processing, credit insurance products, or similar task-management roles.
• Experience with payment allocation and reconciliation.
• French or Italian language skills.
• Familiarity with workflow or task management systems.
• Experience in an international and cross-functional environment.
