Senior AI/ML Scientist (Generative AI)

Location: Remote Flex - North Carolina, United States; hybrid work arrangement

Salary: $143,616.00–$229,786.00 annually, plus annual incentive bonus

What you will do

• Own delivery of complex machine learning, deep learning, and Generative AI systems with self-learning capabilities.
• Design, implement, evaluate, and optimize production-ready AI systems for business needs.
• Apply prescriptive analytics, optimization, recommendation systems, and reinforcement learning to business problems.
• Lead algorithm development, experimentation, data analysis, benchmarking, and continuous model improvement.
• Develop prototypes and proof-of-concept implementations for emerging AI technologies.
• Consult with business partners, communicate actionable insights, and guide cross-functional decision-making.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a related field, or 7+ years in lieu of a degree.
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree where required.
• Expertise in artificial intelligence, machine learning, deep learning, Generative AI, predictive algorithms, and statistical models.
• Experience with data collection and analysis, experiment design, algorithm evaluation, and software engineering principles.
• Ability to provide technical guidance and communicate results to multidisciplinary stakeholders.
