Senior Construction Manager (Water Infrastructure)

Location: Phoenix, Arizona, United States; US employment authorization required. Visa sponsorship is not available.

What you will do

• Manage construction activities, subcontractor coordination, project setup, temporary facilities, and field bidding.
• Administer construction contracts, purchase orders, subcontract packages, documents, submittals, pay applications, and change orders.
• Develop and review construction management plans, procedures, estimates, scopes, schedules, and project performance reports.
• Control project budgets, schedules, quality assurance, quality control, inspection services, and safety compliance.
• Perform constructability and value engineering reviews while monitoring design progress against construction requirements.
• Coordinate with owners, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, construction science, or a closely related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 10 years of construction planning and management experience, including contracts, scheduling, estimating, bidding, cost and quality control, change management, purchase orders, subcontracts, and site safety.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and construction management software such as Procore, Prolog, Primavera, or Bluebeam.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
• Commitment to active participation in an employee-owned culture.

Nice to have

• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Certified Construction Manager (CCM) certification.
• Previous experience with water infrastructure construction projects.
• Experience with Timberline, Primavera P3, SureTrak, Prolog, and web-based document collaboration software.
