Risk Adjustment Lead - Platform Product Owner (Medicare)

Location: Remote nationwide in the United States; occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required.

Salary: $117,600–$161,700 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Connect Medicare Risk Adjustment business leaders, analytics resources, and IT delivery teams.
• Translate and prioritize business needs into technical requirements that drive measurable outcomes.
• Guide Risk Adjustment platform enhancements and identify opportunities to increase portfolio value.
• Escalate Risk Adjustment insights that may affect Stars.
• Drive initiatives, manage competing priorities, and navigate technical budgeting processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in system migrations, technical operations, or Agile product ownership.
• Experience developing business cases and quantifiable value assessments.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into technical requirements.
• Ability to work from a dedicated space and maintain internet service with at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in a related field.
• Knowledge of Medicare Risk Adjustment or Medicare Advantage regulations.
• Experience with ADO or Jira, epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Six Sigma certification.
