Indirect Buyer & Fleet Coordinator EMEA

Location: Nazareth, Belgium; full-time onsite role

What you will do

• Own end-to-end purchasing for indirect categories including services, MRO, facilities, packaging, tooling, and professional services.
• Create and manage purchase orders while ensuring pricing, lead times, approvals, and procurement policies are followed.
• Source and negotiate with suppliers, resolve order and invoice issues, and drive cost and total-cost-of-ownership improvements.
• Coordinate EMEA fleet operations, including vehicle ordering, registration, insurance, maintenance, returns, damage cases, fines, and claims.
• Maintain accurate records for vehicles, drivers, contracts, mileage, and renewals, and support onboarding with vehicle allocation and documentation.
• Standardize processes, create SOPs, improve M3 and Medius workflows, and track KPIs such as PO cycle time and fleet lead times.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or an equivalent qualification.
• At least 3 years of experience in indirect procurement.
• Good understanding of procurement policies, approval controls, and supplier management.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, stakeholder communication, problem-solving, and escalation-management skills.
• Fluent English is required.
• Experience with M3, Medius Procurement, Nexus, Microsoft 365, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.

Nice to have

• Fleet management experience.
• Dutch and/or French language skills.
