Health and Wellness Director - (RN) Senior Living with Sign On Bonus

Salary: $120,000–$130,000 yearly, plus sign-on bonus

What you will do

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Health & Wellness department, including compliance, planning, assessments, budgeting, staffing, and hands-on care.
• Conduct resident assessments and ensure care needs are met according to physician orders, state regulations, and company policies.
• Monitor care-plan effectiveness through progress notes and communication with residents and associates.
• Evaluate associate competencies and performance, and deliver training and in-service programs.
• Conduct nursing audits of medication carts, eMARS, and TARS to maintain compliance.
• Coordinate staffing, ancillary services, physician and family communications, nurse coverage, and 24/7 on-call support.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school with a current NJ Registered Nurse license in good standing.
• Four or more years of supervisory experience in senior living, assisted living, long-term care, or skilled care.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office, including Windows, Outlook, and Excel.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, use fine and gross motor skills, and support or lift residents weighing up to 50 pounds.
