Location: Cincinnati, Ohio, United States; assigned geography with up to 40% overnight travel locally, regionally, and nationally. The role requires hospital laboratory work, live patient cases, variable hours, and protective gear.
Base pay: $83,000–$133,400 per year, plus eligibility for retirement, savings, and long-term incentive programs.

What you will do
- Provide clinical and technical support and training for AcuNav and SOUNDSTAR catheters during electrophysiology and interventional cardiology procedures.
- Support physicians and electrophysiology laboratory staff with CARTO, CARTOSOUND, CARTOMERGE, Stockert RF generator, and related systems.
- Educate customers on electrophysiology products, instructions for use, best practices, and technical troubleshooting.
- Identify sales opportunities through consultative selling and facilitate connections with key decision-makers.
- Plan and schedule case support while coordinating with territory managers, clinical specialists, field service engineers, marketing, and regional teams.
- Build customer relationships, share best practices, mentor new commercial team members, and respond calmly to high-pressure clinical situations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or four years of relevant professional or military experience.
- At least two years of experience in a clinical echocardiography laboratory.
- Active RCS or RDCS certification in adult or pediatric echocardiography.
- Advanced knowledge of cardiac ultrasound, echocardiography, cardiac ablation, cardio imaging, and electrophysiology technology.
- Valid driver’s license issued in the United States and ability to travel up to 40% overnight, including on short notice.
- Ability to work in hospital laboratories, attend live patient cases, wear lead aprons, work variable hours, and lift up to 60 pounds.
Nice to have
- Electrophysiology, cath lab, cardiovascular device, or EP industry experience.
- CEPS, RCES, or RCIS certification.
- Experience with complex technical systems or critical patient care environments.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, autonomy, flexibility, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and develop new skills.
