Senior Clinical Specialist, Interventional Technologies (Medical Devices)

Location: US CA Remote; assigned territory is Los Angeles - South with regular domestic travel of 25–50% and in-field procedural case support.

Base salary: $84,700–$157,300 annually, plus potential sales incentives and other applicable compensation plans.

What you will do

• Provide direct clinical sales support and in-field case coverage during procedures using Vascade and EnsoETM.
• Act as the primary clinical resource for troubleshooting, in-service education, presentations, and workshops.
• Partner with Account Managers and sales leadership to drive product adoption, utilization, market penetration, and commercial results.
• Meet healthcare customers to understand clinical needs and provide feasible product-based solutions.
• Build relationships with physicians, nurses, allied health staff, decision-makers, and administrative teams.
• Support product launches, clinical trials, inventory monitoring, customer feedback collection, and compliance activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Science, or equivalent medical training required.
• Strong clinical knowledge of interventional cardiology, electrophysiology, interventional radiology, vascular care, or cardiac surgery.
• At least 3 years of clinically oriented experience with relevant interventional or cardiac products preferred.
• At least 2 years of direct medical device industry experience preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, critical-thinking, and customer-facing skills.
• Ability to work independently as the primary on-site representative while collaborating across clinical, sales, marketing, R&D, and clinical affairs teams.

Nice to have

• Medical training as an RT, RCIS, surgical technologist, RN, NP, or first assistant.
• Experience providing clinical education and training to healthcare staff.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office systems.
